Dear I have bought powerbank of 249 approx on eBay it was found defective I registered complain to eBay and seller both.seller accepted the mistake I have it in mail product sent to you is defective I raised for claim to eBay for refund claim no 457993 on the 3rd April. Till 3rd April no.communication from eBay I have written many times and called many time they put me.on hold for 10 min and no.body answered the call

My refund seller has accepted product is defective
