Dear Sir, I purchased a PHILIPS HQ6970 3 HEADED RECHARGABLE MEN SHAVER ALONGWITH POP-UP TRIMMER” (261308591633) with 1 year warranty from e-bay on 29-Oct-13, and after 3 month it stops working. When I went to PHILIPS service center I come to know that this is a duplicate product. Then I put a e-bay complaint, against duplicate product that they have delivered to me (claim No: 477115). But they close the complaint because this complain is not within 30-days of delivery. I know about this duplicate product only when I went to the PHILIPS service center. So its e-bay responsibility to make sure that the product should be original otherwise we loss trust from e-bay. Now I want from e-bay to replace my duplicate product with the original one or refund my money. When I paid full amount then why should I get this problem? Its e-bay responsibility to talk with sealer and shootout this issue ASAP.
