I have bought the product Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 A240 and PaisaPay ID 34735474656 on 3rd Oct 2013. The seller had promised 48 hrs shipping and there was no information about shipping for 7 days. After 7 day as per policy we can cancel the order and ask for refund, which I successfully did(it was not allowed within 7 days) and bought the product locally only after registering the claim at ebay site as per policy and the details are : Claim ID: 299797 PaisaPay ID: 34735474656 Item number: 281177033663 On the 8th day 11th Oct ebay people quitely left the product at my office security when I was not present and now they are refusing to accept it back and refund my money. What will I do with two mobiles. From the attached file It can be seen even today 11th Oct it is showing Item not shipped, in that case I had not other option to cancel the order and buy the product locally.
I want them to take their product back from the security where they have left it and refund my money. I have not accepted the product. And I also want extra compensation of Rs.2000 for all the above harassment.
