Servepro as mentioned on their website is a company that provides third party warranty to electronic equipments like laptop, mobiles etc. I bought a warranty pack for my HP laptop for Rs. 3800. It was a one year warranty pack ( covering Computer diagnostics, repairs and replacement of faulty parts onsite ). The laptop is still in its warranty period. Two weeks before the display hinge of my laptop came out. When contacted with manufacturer company (HP) they said that its a manufacturing defect and they would have covered it in warranty if the laptop was in their warranty.Since I was having ServePro warranty I contacted them. Initially they denied the service by saying that the damage was due to accident.On prolonged conversation they agreed to repair it if I provide them with sufficient proof showing that its a manufacturing defect. As per their request I sent them a SERVICE REPORT from HP OFFICIAL SERVICE CENTER stating that the damage was not due to rough use. Even after receiving my mail, they never responded. I called them many times and they started auto-rejecting my calls and I was forced to call from new numbers to connect to them. A week later I got them on phone. Them they said that they need to check it again. They made me resent the mail.Also they said that they were having no service center in Kerala and I should take the laptop to their office. I felt cheated as they mentioned they were having 4 service centers in Kerala and can provide ON-Site support. When I asked about on site support they started rejecting my calls again.

I want to get my laptop repaired.
