I ordered a New Lava Iris 458q Flip Cover from www.Ebay.in on 09/03/2014 & I paid amount through my debit card a amount of 250 Rupees. My order/Paisapay Id is 35864608552. After I receive the product I noticed that that product is a duplicate product which doesn’t set on the handset of original LAVA IRIS 458Q. So I called Ebay for help & they took a complain & gave me ebay guarantee ID 435800 on 19/03/14. They said within 2-3 days I will get the refund. After 2-3 days I called them & tell them that I don’t get the refund yet. They said that they will give me 110% coupon instead of direct refund within a day. I agreed. But after that I don’t get any coupon or refund from ebay. I called them more than 5 times & every times they said “you will get the coupon within a day just wait. I am sending the details to concern team.” Last time I called yesterday I asked them if they can’t give me the coupon then refund directly to my a/c. But they refused my offer & said “you already chose the way of refund as a coupon so we can’t give you direct refund.” Now what should I do…??

I want direct refund & a harassment compensation money. If consumer form take any legal action against ebay that will be very good.
