I bought a car air fresher. It was a hanging sponge ball (Ebay product id: 171308081688). But when I open the package, the ball didn’t have a any scent. I bought it on (09/09/14) with online cash payment.

I paid Rs. 200 for it. I complained to Ebay regarding it. They closed my request without item replacement.

I want my money back. Or let them replace it with a good item.
