Hi Team, I have made a purchase in ebay.in on 10/12/2013 for a mobile worth 5400. After the transaction, i have received a mail from ebay@ebay.in that, the purchase was kept on hold and to proceed further, i needed to confirm my account details. I unknowingly provided my details and i have been robbed with an amount of 99,600. I have lodged complaint in Cyber Crime police station. After going there, they have tracked the IP Address from where the mail delivered. It was from Ebay domain. So, it seems some one from ebay office are doing all these things. It was my fault to provide my account details, but after verifying the mail address and receiving a mail from user only, i have proceed to enter details. My ebay account has proofs of mails. Ebay.in has allowed users to do such kind of crimes. Please take necessary action. I will submit my complaints from Cyber Crime police station if required.

I want to take Ebay.in to court and i want to take this as much as higher. I want which ever punishment possible, needs to be applied on Ebay.in. As per the details provided by Cyber Crime department, a similar case has been investigated in July and it was revealed that Ebay employee is behind all this crime. Even after this, they have not take any protection on such things.
