I have always disapproved the way Mega American Corporations look at India while providing their Web / Product services. They become Laidback and Lethargic and in the process destroy the whole Online shopping Experience.

I have been trying to pick up a Commemorative Coin Set from eBay.in. I had to change the shipping Address and it took nearly 5 minutes on a 1 Mbps Airtel DSL broadband. After I have clicked on the Alternate Address, eBay goes in a waiting look and eventually throw up this error,

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

eBay India, is their any accountability in your organization to fix the issue ? I have experienced it earlier as well, but with Reference # you should be able to investigate it now. What say ?
