ordered a LED TV Online, which was delivered in damaged condition. I raised a refund claim with ebay and they asked us to ship the item back to seller, and the shipping charges will be refunded as a demand draft, the original item price will be refunded to bank account. The item price was refunded to my bank, however since more than 1 month i am contact them, and they keep promising they will send the Demand Draft. The amount is Rs 2076.

Rs 2076 refunded back.
