Dear CEO/MD eBay India I just want to your knowledge few shopper are ready to cheat customers in selling their Items 5/6 times costly & ready for black-marketing without shame(like deals_forever712( 5562).)not only this but also he is challenging to the customers for taking any action against himself.After sending my reaction ,he replied in a very bold manner .His reply is- S*ir we r not here to cheat any one.* *Evry other person knows it is available at v low rate in market. The item is not in stock these days…thats y we hv increased the price so that no intelligent person buys it….as there are many other options as well in 99 rs also. We will resume the price as soon as we get it in stock soon. * *If u hv any other doubt plz write to us”**Sure sir..no problem*” Such type of seller are free to fool /exploit customer,they are free to violate Indian Fair Commercial Competition Act. eBay has given liberty to such type of businessman?They should me expel from eBay otherwise they will lower-down the prestige of eBay.Now I am sending this Matter to Govt of India Consumers Affair Ministry & cy6ber Crime-Branch Mumbai Police.I had sent mail to seller given blow—- “Dear seller, It is still in the market & you are taking undue advantage due to scarcity of This Item,means it is like black-marketing? you are not free to fix any price of your Item. every body is not aware of the real price.Now I will Complaint to Ministry of Consumers Affairs Govt. of India & also Sending this matter to Cyber Crime Depot. Mumbai Police. Ito take necessary action against Seller.eBay should take necessary action .otherwise eBay will loose it’s reputation.Seller dare-ly declared in his reply that he is doing black-marketing because Item is out of market,Please see his reply & ego too. You are free to take any legal action against me.”I request to Govt Official & Mumbai Police that it is a clear case of cheating & black marketing,Please Make inquire & take Necessary action.

Please inquire the matters of online sellers who are cheating,selling their goods in very high abnormal rate.Customers are helpless ,the do not know how & where they should sent complaint.Please enact the law for mischievous sellers.They should be behind the bar.
