I placed an order for bedroom set worth Rs.27,800 on 8th may 10am via credit card. HDC NO. 9959/2014/2195. Committed date of delivery was 24th may. on 23rd when i enquired one representative written a mail that delivery will be done on or before 27th may. Till date they have not shipped the product event. Last 4 days i called him everyday for 2-3 times, written consecutive mail, but no body is responding. if their customer care pick up phone they are avoiding by saying they are arranging call back in 10min or they will confirm me by next day morning.

Either they will refund my full money or deliver my product on time and should be fined for this harassment
