Respected sir, I have ordered and paid amount of Rs 2399/- for canon printer Mg-2570 (PaisaPayid : – 36880369943)online from eBay website on date 23-07-2014.I got notification that product will be reached to me till 02 august 2014.But, it was not received.Then, i also made contact with seller as well as eBay customer service center, they assured that i will receive product till 07 august 2014,but again product is not reached to me.Again i made contact with eBay customer care service, they replied that ” you will get update message within 5 days”.But no action is taken by eBay team.After going through so much problems, finally i claimed for money refund on Date:- 16 Aug 2014 (claim id : – 609491). But no action or not any update is delivered to me till today. I have made contact with eBay team abot 5-6 times, But they didn’t take any action.And money is not refunded till today. I face following problems due to this issue : – 1. I am student so i m facing money shortage. 2. mental harassment 3. mobile bill (in calling seller as well as bluedart courier). so, i request you to please take action and solve my problem as soon as possible.For this i shall be always obiliged to you.
