I ordered a Studds open Face Helmet – MARSHALL from ebay and paid for it via net banking on 3rd December 2013. The item was delivered to some one else (Some Mr Reddy). I never received the item. I raised a claim on eBay more than 30 days ago. I was assured that the claim would be closed within 20 days. I have been calling them every week with no avail. Now when I call I hear that my case assignee (Rehman Sheikh) has been on a week’s leave. This was the last straw eBay cannot escape doing whatever they want.

I want a full refund on the helmet. Also I want people to be aware that cash on delivery is the only safe means of buying anything from ebay.
