i ordered a nokia lumia 1520 phone for 36799 rs.(prepaid) on 20 october 2014. before ordering i called ebay and seller that is there is any issue in shipping the product to may address, but i was assured saying none issues. on 21st October 14 product was shipped by seller from delhi. from 23rd October 2014 product remain stuck in courier company till 30th October due to some paperwork not done by ebay. i called almost 2-3 times to ebay customer care and daily i was assured that the product will be shipped till evening/morning/tomorrow. on 30th October my order was cancelled by ebay. now after a multiple complaint ebay is not returning my money back instead the product is moved here and there by courier company instead of returning back to seller.
as i purchased the product during diwali period to gift it to my wife on 2nd november, as every site was offering discount on mobiles. i still preferred ebay. now the product was not delivered to me on time, i had to purchase it at a higher price from brick & mortar shop. for almost 3 thousand more.( 39000 rs). a lot of time was wasted in calling the ebay customer care as every time there was a waiting 0f 30 minutes approx. also it leads to a lot of mental stress on me.
