i have order a pair of shoes on 03.09.2014 via email, but the shoes was of poor quality and so much uncomfortable, so i re- dispatched the same at the address provided on the return slip. I have the acknowledgment mail of the same from the seller. However i am yet to received my refund money back even after sending NEFT details of my bank account, now they are not replying to my queries and asking for more and more days every time a give a call. please help in getting my money back. refund my money back along with appropriate compensation for harassment caused to me.
