made an online purchase of Mini Multi Functional ABS Plastic Sealing Machine Super Sealer Tool (251388502919)from EBAY on 2nd December, 2013 amounting to Rs. 364. My PaisaPay ID is 35116504945. The product delivered to me was defective as it was not working at all. As per the policy of Ebay I raised a claim for REFUND through Ebay Guarantee and my refund was approved by Ebay on 16th Dec, 2013 stating that “refund amount would be credit to you via a Demand Draft/ Cheque that will be send on your Registered Address.You can expect to receive the it within 15 working days.” My Claim ID is 352805. It has been more than a month but I haven”t received my refund. I had called Ebay several times but every time I get the same reply that they are processing my request. I request you to kindly take necessary action against such frauds committed with customers and help me in getting my refund.
