As per the mail and the product shown in ebazar.ninja I was supposed to get a original brand new MI power bank. But I received a fake one which was having EB branding along with MI branding.When checked with the customer care on this issue they are trying to give a reason that the product has a 6 months warranty and if any problem exists then I can approach them. With few of the basic tests and performance it is obvious that the product is a fake one. In almost 3 days time the branding which was over the product went off. Also the product didn’t satisfy many of the basic checks for originality. When approached further with this issue the customer care is not at all responding. I have written mail and also called to customer care still couldn’t get justice. So please take this as a complaint and do the needful. They also claim they use OEM by which they mean they use only original components which doesn’t seem to be the case.

I want the company to provide me original MI power bank. If not then please tell them to get back their product so that they can initiate refund on the same.
