I am a subscriber of Economic Times, Kolkata edition for over 3 years under their membership scheme i.e. down payment for the entire year against which monthly coupons are issued. My last membership renewal # ET6520448 expired on 15/5/2013 and I called up their sales person and they fixed up appointment 3 times but no one turned up. Since expiry of coupon in am taking ET at full rate. Recently I send my person to get renewal wherein they told that since the subscription is 6 months old the same is not possible and no new subscription are being added by company.

My subscription may be renewed from current date.
