I booked a ecosport 1.5(P) titanium on 16.06.2013 before launching of the product in red colour.But sorry to say that as on date i have not receive my car. I have contacted several times over mail and helpline number, but all my efforts in vein. Overall its price has also gone up by 50k. Dealer also insisting for insurance, spare parts, kits, and extra year warrany.I once again request Mr MD to look all these affairs personally to save the company name and fame. There is a bugling is going on in Noida Ford. There people not even talk in behaved manner. When we booked ,they said that vehicle will be delivered within 1-2 month. Now they says that it will delivered to you in next year. I really fade up after booking the vehicle. I request all high dignitary of Ford, to deliver my booked vehicle in my choice color (black,Red,white,blue) at earliest on the price which was given to me at the time of booking as delay in delivery is not my fault.
I want to get my booked vehicle at earliest, as more than four month has gone. After my booking on 16/06/2013 with amount of 50,000 rupees, Ford has increased the price almost by 50,000 for all deliveries from September ‘13 onwards. So due to their fault i have to wait for more than 5 months and will have to pay 50,000 extra. I request the authorities to help me with an early delivery with price which was promised to me and compensate me for the wait and problems which i had to face.
