My policy No.874542601 dt. 14.11.09 of Plan No.165 / 20 Branch 876, Sayajigunj, Vadodara.

My Policy under payment in ECS but no ECS debit in my account since last 6 months, Once I pay 3 month’s primium in one installment. The LIC Officer was told me that from next month your ECS will debited regularly from your account . My Saving account in State Bank of India Ltd. Please check the stutas of ECS and debit in my account premium regularly.

My account balance is sufficent always.
