Electrolux AC – dealy in free service and no response by dealer

We bought an Electrolux AC (2 star) vide receipt number 75751300032244 (V. No. 75-DVM05-13SDN 487) through Vijay Sales, Vikas Marg on May 12, 2013. There was not contact by Electrolux for any free service that they had promised to offer in the first year. We were contacted around mid February 2014 by their service person (mobile number 9953450xxx) saying that he wished to service the AC. But nobody turned up. On April 6, 2014, we contacted the Electrolux service center number complaining about the same, and our request was registered against ticket number EDEL0604140034. No action was taken on the same too. On April 10, 2014 at 1734 today we received an SMS stating that the call/ticket had been ‘closed’ despite no service or follow ups till date. We received an SMS on April 11 at 1320 (reference number EDEL1104140104) saying that the complaint has been registered. We received a response from Electrolux on April 12 mentioning that the query will be dealt with soon. It is April 13, and no response has been received. We were due for three services but not even one has been given, which also means that even if this one service is given by May 12, 2014, two services will lapse.
