I purchased an electrolux microwave in July 2012. It was having problem of moisture and water logging inside while cooking. I registered several complaints with reminders but still problem is not resolved. Several times I had to call the customer care without any positive response and action. Engineers visited from service center and communicated that microwave will be replaced because it has manufacturing defect, but no action taken till date. Photographs were also taken of the microwave. It was then communicated that some senior will again visit. This story went on without any resolution. Many times complaint was cancelled without any engineer visit with remark as “Given Commercial solution”. Defective product should be replaced immediately and monitory compensation should be provided for not being able to use the product and mental annoyance caused on repetitive follow ups and call holding at call center.
