I purchased 2 ACs of Electrolux brand in April 2013 out of which one has developed the fault of compressor. It is down since more than a month. This AC is of my bedroom, so I am not able to sleep properly. The company works through its Authorised Service Centre who is exploiting me by asking for money. The product is covered under warranty and I refuse to pay for something which is free.
I want Electrolux to replace my AC, pay me one month salary (Amounting to Rs. 100,000) and give me a written apology.
