Dear Sir, I brought Electrolux freeze in 2009 by Electrolux authorized dealer with guaranty of 5 Years. After 2years its compressor stopped working so it’s not freezing ice. So we contact Electrolux service center and they repaired that with charges. Now again its compressor not working properly and I have compliant about this by ref. no. EJAL1712130020 on Electrolux and they are asking for paying charge for repair that again. Why we need to pay charges every time when compressor is not working in guaranty period? It is Electrolyte customer service?? Please help me to solve my problem. Best Regards, Manish
compressor is in guaranty period so please change that without charges
