I am asking for the replacement of my electrolux microwave since 4-5 months,but replacement of microwave is not yet fulfilled. Mr Sumesh (09921869090) and Nitin (09545341341) from Electrolux sales pune confirmed for the replacement but every time with some reason they are not completing replacement promise and day by day increasing the delivery date and I am not getting replacement at all.

My microwave is dead condition and not used at all. Apart from that since last 4-5 months I did lot of follow up and made me frustrated

I need replacement ASAP with out my follow up. I did enough follow up and now I am helpless.
