washing machine not working since more than 1 month. I filled a complain 1 month back with the service center at patna. They said that PCB of machine is having problem. but still they are not able to resolve it. Have talked many times with service centre. Their behaviour is very rude. They are just moving me around saying we are still waiting for the part to be dispatched from head office. Today also i talked with them , and they said me it will be resolved soon. Please take action against them.

Either they replace it ASAP within 48 hrs or replace my product with a new one. We cant wait for them to resolve the issue as per their convenience.
