Hi, I want to file a complaint about the service provided by Electrolux for Microwave Oven repair. I had a Electrolux Microwave Oven, which was working fine and after some time needed some repair. For this i contacted Electrolux for a repair. The kind of service i got was very unprofessional, irresponsible and pathetic. I stay in Pune, so i had called a Electrolux authorized service provider for repair. Following is what happened after that: – Initially they got it repaired for which i had to pay 2000 Rs. But after couple of days it stopped working. – When i called them again, they were not attending the calls properly. – Multiple personnel use to come to my place without any background of what was the issue. – Later they took the Microwave Oven, and didnt hearback from them for a month. – Even after multiple follow up, they said the guy who repaired the oven has left and had some police case against him. – Even the agency who had repaired the Oven had some issue, so they stopped accepting my calls. ELectrolux customer care too didnt help much, and they kept giving false assurances about the repair. – One fine day some other agency guyz called me with the repair and said they are looking into it. – But even they are giving the same response as the earlier agency. – New agency now says they are not able to get the part for the Oven to be repaired. It has been almost 4-5 months of painstaking perioid for me, with very irresponsible response from Electrolux and its agencies. I havent yet got my microwave Oven still and have no any sort of ownership taken by Electrolux. Request you to please look into it and help in addressing the issue. Thanks, Amit.
