Hi, Am Saravanakumar writing on behalf of my sister Dr.Gayathri Devi, she bought Electrolux fridge by 2006 and by November 2011 onwards door was not properly closed results in cooling leakage. From that time she made service requests multiple times for rectification but there was no proper response from Electrolux end or some technician visit but he never turned up.As like by 23/1/2012 she made a service request (SR No – ECHN2301120076) and one technician named Gopi (7299002212) visited by 24/01/2012 later up on continuous follow up with him , he told model is obsolete so spare will not be available and gave his manager no (9842828740) by 17/2/2012 for further inquiry but it was always not reachable.Later again escalated to Electrolux Customer Care team and they told that they will inform to their seniors.No action till now.
Right now we have shifted the fridge to Ariyalur, need door replacement for the same and Electrolux should answer for delay & being irresponsive to their customer.
