We have purchase the Electrolux Refrigerator Model no. 183SH Sr. No.1455 on dt. 19/01/2014 through by Rajkumar Electronics E-4 Prajapati Market main Bus Stand Dayalpur Delhi-94 From the date of purchase this Refrigerator is not working properly and we complaint for repair 4-5 times and after few days Refrigerator again not working properly. We requested the dealer to replace the Refrigerator but every time he refuse to replacement we are faceing lots of problem in this matter you are requested to take quick and strict action in this matter. Our complaint no. is EDEL-0408140007

The Refrigerator is not cooling so all the material which we kept inside got spoiled. After repair in 5-10 days is shows the same problem. We contacted the dealer and he provided Service branch head number Mr. Kamal Khan #09871994892 does not provide any appropriate response this matter.
