Electrolux washing machine – poor service

We had brought electrolux washing machine with the brand name carina, it has a 2 year warrenty, the dryer of the washing machine broke down on 30-09-2013 & we lodged a complaint with electrolux on 02-10-2013 and got the complaint number as follows EPUN0110130008. The same day we were visited by the customer service representative named Ganesh who on inspecting found out that the dryer lid had been broken which according to their company norms do not come under warranty. We accepted to bare the charges and were told by Ganesh that it will take 3 to 4 days to get the part. It has been almost about 20 days and we are yet to get any response from them. We also have called them up on which Mr. ganesh gave a different number to contact for the update on the enquiry. After calling that number we got another number to be contacted for getting information on the update the machine part. We have also sent email but we have not got any concrete reply on it excluding a paltry apology.

We humbly ask CORE to get this issue resolved without a single penny spent from our side. As the part costs around Rs. 430 and we have spent more than that. If the issue is not resolved in next 3 days we want Electrolux to take back the machine and refund us our money back.
