I raised a request in Electrolux portal and they assigned engineer. He came and went with my filter. Almost 30 days completed but no response from him. being a MNC company you should take some moral responsibility for customer service. My Complaint no was EHYD1805160051 Please resolve it as soon as possible. My no is 99856XX780
