Electroux – manager they have denied to give service

Hi, My name is Prashant Rastogi from New Delhi, I got my out of warranty refrigerator repaired on 23rd March 2014, the refrigerator was working fine but on April 16 2014, its start giving Toxic smell, so we registered a complaint to electroux regarding the issue as its comes under service warranty of 30 days repeat complaint, but till now problem has not been rectified the case has been closed by stating “ESTIMATE NO PROVIDED, as per telephonic conversation with Mr Kamal service center manager they have denied to give service due to repeat complaint. Complaint Number is closed as of now and they have stop responding DM-QCESPL:Your Call Number EDEL1604140085 booked with us has been cancelled – reason – Estimate Not Approved. Can you help me out as its more than 15 days my problem has not been rectified They want me to pay again for service again which is under a service warrnty of 30 days

Need a compensation of Rs 5 lakhs as fridge giving a toxic smell can harm a human life
