I had booked in a Godrej- Fully automatic washing machine on 01/13/2015 for which they failed to deliver. So the same was cancelled in the month of March. But they have not refunded the amount till date. Each time I call they say that the amount has been credited to the bank and HDFC has not received any.

I am in the loss of 13,698 rs already and the same is being charged by my bank through EMI again from the month of February -2015 till date.
