Sir/Madam I have purchased Enigma Electric Scooter from Life Style Motors,State Bank Colony,G.T Karnal Road,New Delhi. The service of the company was poorest, when I used to go for servicing of my scooter only washing of my scooter was done and no other servicing was done ie checking of speedometer,brakes,lever movement,handle and front wheel etc. Moreover when I purchased the scooter it was said that Battery life is 2 years and 1 year is warranty period and the battery will be replaceable in Rs 6500 in exchange of older battery for Rs 2000. Now when I went for exchange of battery I was told that now the battery cost is Rs 11,300 and and old battery will be taken at Rs 2000, as I required it badly even though I agreed , after 2 days when I went for exchange I was told that they will give Rs 1500 for old battery, it was really shocking for me every now and then they changes their terms and conditions, apart from that they started arguing with me and used slang word. kindly help me and solve my problem. I want to purchase battery of my vehicle at a earlier cost which company has told at the start.Now they are saying they have change the battery supplying company which is taking the double amount. Dealer should have talk to me nicely instead they are saying “Main to nahi deta jo uk….. ho uk…. lo”. these dealers and company used to take advantage from Government in the name of Electric bike and take subsidy but they are not providing any services.
