My letter dated July 29, 2013 to M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited Sub: Complaint against M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited for failure to allot the promised residential plot in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Sir, The following facts are being submitted for your intervention pls. 1. On 2 March 2006, Advance Registration Form along-with a sum of Rs 3,75,000 was paid by me to M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited (Corp office: 153, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi – 110 020) towards allotment of a residential plot of 300 Sq Yds @ rate of allotment being Rs 6,300/- per Sq Yds in their project to come up in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. 2. During the subsequent period of over 7 years I kept on following up with M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited regarding the allotment of the promised residential plot of 300 Sq Yds @ rate of allotment being Rs 6,300/- per Sq Yds in their project to come up in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. I was repeatedly assured by M/s Era Landmarks Limited/ M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited that soon the allotment of residential plot shall be made by the company. 3. M/s Era Landmarks Limited (Corp office: B-24, Sector-3, Noida-201301) vide letter No. ELL/MKTG/BG/41/71 dated 2 July 2013 has now offered allotment of an apartment instead of the promised residential plot of 300 Sq Yds @ rate of allotment being Rs 6,300/- per Sq Yds in their project to come up in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. 4. It’s been over 3 weeks since I last sent my written request to M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited and M/s Era Landmarks Limited on this matter vide registered post dated July 29, 2013. M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited and M/s Era Landmarks Limited has ignored my letter and has not replied to it. I am a senior citizen and have waited for over 7 years for M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited to allot the plot to me. My ancestors are from Bahadurgarh, Haryana and I desired to spend my remaining life there. I am deeply distressed due to mental harassment by the willful misconduct and continued default of M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited. I request CORE to impress upon M/s Era Infrastructure (India) Limited to allot to me the promised residential plot of 300 Sq Yds @ rate of allotment being Rs 6,300/- per Sq Yds in their project coming up in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
