Eros Hyundai – prices have been increased company also doesn’t care for its costumer

ir, I booked my car on 26.12.13 by giving Rs.5000 cheque and thereafter gave another cheque of Rs. One lac on 31.12.13. Both cheque got deposited in a/c of Eros Hyundai Nagpur by date 31.12.2013 ,total amount given is Rs. 105000/-. On 06.01.14 when I called to the dealer to pay the balance amount I was informed that the stock for the year 2013 has been finished and now I had to buy car from 2014 model whereby prices of Jan14 and offers thereof would be applicable which is putting me in a losing position since the prices have been increased and the offers the vendor has agreed for are not applicable in January-14. The only intention of booking the car in Dec 2013 was to get the benefits of Dec month and the prevailing price thereof by giving a reasonable amount of 105000/- in month of Dec-13 itself since the salesperson and the advertisement of the vendor claimed about increase in price in 2014. Moreover it is common sense that a person books for the product to get the prevailing benefits and price. I arranged the funds in bare minimum and reasonable time period. Now I am in a total loss for reasons below: 1. l got sanctioned a loan of Rs 300000/- from my office, I must expend it for buying car and submit valid documents to office asap. 2. I sold my shares by incurring loss for gathering balance amount since I was told by the sales person to deposit Rs 100000/- before 31 st Dec 2013 to get the benefits of Dec-13 offer. If I had to get the prices of Jan-14 why should I have arranged the funds so urgently and that too in loss! 3. As prior intimation was not given, now I can’t avail the year-end/Christmas discounts if I try to go for other showroom since almost everywhere the prices has been increased. 4. I am currently in Mental trauma due to such turn of events since I planned the car for a special occasion which I am currently not in a position to accomplish. 5. I also gave a complaint to Huynadai Motors using toll free no. 1800-11-4645 and the complaint no. is 663018869 where by I received an email that my grievance would be addressed in 3 working days, but similar to the dealer the company also doesn’t care for its costumer hence there is no reply from your side uptil now . 6.I had given a written letter to Eros Hyundai Nagpur on 07-01-2014 regarding their unfulfilment of commitment hence to cancel my booking and return my full amount i.e Rs. 105000/- immediately, rather than returning the amount they had prolonged to payment till date and ater much follow up now they are informing me that they are ready to pay me only Rs 100000/- deducting Rs 5000/-. I don’t think there is any other company which uses such cheap tactics to get money of first taking the booking then increasing the price and if the costumer doesn’t agree to increased price then forfeit his money. My hard earned money and my precious time gone in vain because of this breach of agreement on part of Eros Hyundai. I am in lot of mental trauma because

1)My full amount i.e 105000/- to be returned back along with interest @18%. 2)20000/- since I was not able to get the Dec offer and thereby had to cancel my booking and delay to return my funds thereby delay my purchase of other car, on which i couldn’t get the December benefits, since everywhere the prices have increased. 3)20000/- for mental trauma caused by the company by non fulfilling their commitment. 4)10000/- along with apology since the company in playing with innocent costumers by giving ads in newspaper and not fulfilling their promises.
