I have ordered a 13″macbook air 256 GB model on Jan 10th 2015, Order no. 2479947. through credit card, so money was paid in full. my order was immediately confirmed by eshop. initially eshop said it wil take 8 working days for the product to be shipped, i was eagerly waiting for the product. but simply days passed. after 10 days i tried contacting Eshop customer care, there came the shock! no one answered for four days! fifth day one person answered and said they were not able get product, plz get us some time and will supply by Jan 28th surely! so again i patiently waited! Jan 28 too passed, no product, no msg from Eshop!. again i tried contacting cust care of eshop, again no one picked… i wrote a review in this page, on seeing it few other customers said we are too like u! u can join us in a whatsapp group! after some days one person in the whatsapp grp managed to contact the CEO of Eshop12.com, Mr.Jyoti prakash sharma! then Mr.JP said that persons with him ran away with 50 apple products during his absence to attend his own marriage! so we all took pity on him, he promised to get us the products surely and given dates for each one of us! for me its Feb17th. that date too passed! no product, when contacted again after 4 days, eshop cancelled the orders because he cant supply any order nw, so again for refund of money, Eshop given date on 25th Feb. that too passed! Now we cant contact Eshop12 at any of its numbers!full ring goes, but no one is picking calls! Now 48 days passed since ordered, nor the product or the refund given! At present i knew 15 people like me suffering, after ordering the macbook air in this Eshop12.com. also we are managed to get connected in a whatsapp group!

Mental agony faced since the date of ordering this laptop makes me really sick! Now 48 days passed since the date of ordering (Jan10)! Also first month EMI from the bank have come and i had paid it! (but without any product!) Daily i spend hours trying to contact Eshop12 and jyoti prakash sharma but in vain! i am a doctor basically, ordered this macbook air for educational and treatment purpose! but still purpose not yet solved!
