Complain against Eureka Forbes for delay in repair of Eureka Forbes Water Purifier XPERT(By Aquasure) History :- • Customer Name :- Mr. Mehul C. Shah (Contact No. 98255 77885) • Purchased Eureka Forbes Water Purifier XPERT on 28.07.2013 through Sales India Private Limited (Zerox copy of Retail Invoice attached) • Water Purifier get serviced on 06.12.2013 (Zerox copy of service request activity report attached) Issues :- • After service on 06.12.2013, waste water stop coming out from outlet pipe • Complain resolved but afterwards water leakages from the water purifier • While solving water leakage issue, waste water stop coming out from outlet pipe again • During solving above issues, PCB of water purifier stops working and needs to be replaced • New PCB has taken almost 7 days to come and replaced on 17.01.2014 (In between send a person with old burned PCB for just sake of sending) • Even after change in PCB, water purifier is not selecting proper band for TDS controller(As per manual of Water Purifier, if TDS is above 1000, it should automatically select E/F band but it is selecting A band automatically) • Even after contacting Eureka Forbes Office in Ahmedabad, there is no response to solve the issue after passing of 3-4 days. • No technician/engineer of the company is having proper knowledge about the product and try to solve the same with the help of one another.
