In spite of having bought the latest equipment and still under warranty period my equipment have not been serviced fixed in spite of repeated calls to the cust care. They always say 2 days 2 days it’s been a month. I’m not able to get purified water for a month now and if at all its coming is really a long and cumbersome process now.
My family is force to drink regular water due to the problem with the equipment. Due to this we are having fevers and all.
I want my equipment to be replaced a new or my money refunded with compensation for health problems faced due to drinking unclean water.
