Eureka Forbes – No response on complaints

Hi, I am very much unsatisfied with your service team response. I bought your product Aquaguard Classic on 13.08.2012. As per commitment given by your Gorakhpur Eureka Forbes Area Manager Mr. Ashutosh Singh while selling this unit, the unit was supposed to be serviced 2 times in 1 year Free of Cost. They serviced once in the entire year inspite of following up numerous time with your team in Gorakhpur, they never came to service the unit. They only call and commit to come but they never came. Everytime they talk as if I am filling a new complaint. In anycase, this case is not only against the default on your commitment levels of services, but also towards your unsympathetic and unhelpful nature of attitude your officials in Gorakhpur team behaviour. I would like to highlight this with an example of recent problem in my Aquaguard Machine from last 5 days. I am a 71 years old senior citizen, a retd. airforce officer, struggling pillar to post from your Gorakhpur Office till your Mumbai office over phone calls, requesting them to get my aquaguard repaired which is not giving proper water and shows contamination. Your team and local number of Mr. Ashutosh Singh continously shows switch off or they disconnect the call, comppletely ignoring my plight. After struggling from 5 days, yesterday I asked my son to raise complaint over phone and online. The complaint numbers are Phone Complaint No: 72590795 & Online complaint no: 17C0214236 which is raised yesterday. Although as per your standards, the complaint will be answered in 24-72 hours but inspite of knowing this that I do not have proof that I am following up your Gorakhpur office from last 5 days, I am raising this case to ensure that your team should understand that your product is over trusted by people like us who at this age, wishes to peacefully live in good health. Request is to please instruct your officials in Gorakhpur to have humane approach towards old people and would still request to attend my problem on priority and since this unit warranty is getting expired on 12.08.2013, I wish to get this renewed at the earliest.

Immediate servicing of my unit and also need opinion from your technical team to assess which unit is preferable for my usage as I am not satisfied with your product. I have been your customer from last 12 years and have been using a different model which Mr. Ashutosh Singh convinced is old and should be replaced with Aquaguard Classic Model. Basing on his words, I have bought this unit but I am not completely satisfied. In spite of this, I paid 1100 Rs. for getting water checked from your lucknow office, although report came normal. But I wish to get again water checked and a reassessment of machine suitablity to be made as per present water quality in my area. This should be done free of cost.
