Eureka Forbes – No service being provided

This is my second complaint against Eureka Forbes thsi year. I purchased water purifier in June 2012 and it has been a nightmare to get it serviced. In May thsi year I filed a consumer complaint because my complain was no attended to for over a month and because of bad water i had to face health issues. So after the complaint agent from Bhandup centre came and serviced my aquaguard and also sold me AMC for Rs. 1800 and said that they will now quarterly service my product. I have made several calls and registered complaint in last one week but no one has come to service it. one day a person came without informing (I told them I am working so they call and come) and no one was at home. After that day they said they will come and I have been sitting at home waiting for service agent but one week has passed and no one came. Service agent Prashant who sold me AMC has stopped taking my calls. I dont know what to do. I dont want thsi machine and want all my money back from Eureka Forbes.

I want the company to return all my money I paid for this purifier and take it product also back. I feel so harrassed each time I have called them for service because no oen attends to the complaint. I want the money I paid for AMC also back – the person said if I buy they will service my product regularly! This was cheating. And I want to be compensated for all this frustration, for leaving my office work and taking leave.
