Eureka Forbes – no service we suffered lot

I booked a complaint at the customer care of Eureka forbes as my water purifier machine was not running properly. After being called for 3 times, only did their executive visited my house to check the machine. He said that their is some internal problem and some part is to be replaced. But because of unavailability of that part he will come two days after. Its been 15 days since then, I am daily calling them to send the executive and get the machine repaired but there is no response from them. My machine is in warranty period and they are not taking any actions in this regard

I want the company either to repair the machine as soon as possible or get it replaced. I also want to sue the company for the mental and physical loss we have suffered
