Respected Sir, I have purchased Vacuum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes on 08.06.2013 in bangalore. Till today I have not received the bill, They told me that I will get the bill only after 45 days from the date of purchase. Whenever I give a call to the concerned person he just say that within two days I will get the bill. Even their customer care service executives taken all the details from me and confirm me that within the evening I will get the bill. I have written a letter to their customer care service. I have not received any response. It is surprised me that their registered office address is not available anywhere in their website. I talked to their Bombay Office officials, they just say’s that I have to contact Bangalore Office. They will not give any response. I humbly request you to do the needful. Hope I will get an favorable reply. Thanking You. Yours Faithfully
