I was having water purifier , booster model covered under AMC till Nov 2014. During the service , I was told since my model is outdated , they are not in a position to get spare parts and frequent complaints made to get the service and I was forced to purchase water from Open market. As I was told I can go for new Machine and also I was assured that the unutilised AMC money on prodata basis will be refunded by Eureka as my new machine is under warranty. Accordinlgy I purchased a new machine in the month of April 2013 and submitted my AMC document along with a request application for making the refund on 05.05.13 as advised by Mr.Saravanan , Sales Manager, who was coordinating for replacement of my old machine with new one. But even after a period of 11 months no refund has been made by Eureka Forbes Limited and no positive response also received from the dealer/ service provider
We wish the amount with interest need to be refunded immediately. The new machine requires AMC from 12.04.14 and for that I am in receipt of call from the same agency for making payment of AMC amount. When asked about the refund amount everyone shows the finger on others and simply making fun of us.Alternatively they should adjust the due refund money in the new AMC which is required to be signed wef 12.4.14
