Sir, I am to say that I purchased Aquaguard RO Water Purifier on 23.09.2012 bill No. 022226 on the name of Geeta Kesarwani. I made a complain on 06.06.2013 that machine is not working properly. Machine is not doing Auto cut when water is not available. My complain no. is 71692491. After making two complain Mr. B. K. Maurya visited in my house to see what is the problem but unfortunately he didnt understand what is the problem. He opened all the machines and cut the wires and did the direct supply of water. After that my machine never did auto cut ever and all the wires is open till now. When i complain again in the Eureka Forbes Office, They also not find what the problem is going on. One of his officer says the LPS facility of the machine is not working when LPS product is available in the company, it will be changed. I am very much confused what to do and now i am going to case on Consumer Forum, If my problem is not solve within 7 days or change my machine to a new one from today then i must go to the consumer Forum.
