Eureka Forbes – Purchase Invoice not provided

In spite of repeated follow-up, till now I have not received the Invoice of the water purifier I had purchased. (Payment thru credit card of Rs 14490/- , date of Purchase 29.06.2013). From the date of purchase I am suffering with the machine. My last complaint no 89010613 on 12.11.2013. Till now no response received from the company. Mailed the details to customer care, Shapoorji Pallonji Group also. But no responce. Plz help

Want the Purchase Invoice & want to know why the company is not providing invoice.
