I had bought an Aquaguard Xpert on the 11th of October from Aadishwar at Sarjapur road. The device was faulty and the technician tried to fix the problem a couple of times, but, later declared he was not sure what the issue was and I was asked to contact one Mr. Jagdish at 080-49383838. After I briefed the issue he assured me to provide a replacement piece by 18th Oct which unfortunately has not yet reached until today and even after multiple reminders I do not see any calls from the concerned on confirming by when I would receive the replacement. What is most frustrating is that I have to call the concerned parties everyday just get a false promise that I would get a confirmation call the next day.

i need the dealer/company to provide me the replacement piece ASAP as promised by them
