Sir, We have a water purifier ‘AquaGuard’ model: CC for which we entered into an annual service contract with the company and paid Rs 1360.00 in cash on 25/04/2013. The Service contract Receipt no. is 22034744. Despite several complaints and reminders on company’s customer helpline numbers, no company representative has ever come to service the machine. We have received text-acknowledgement of our complaints on my mobile no. 9968651421. Due to unknown reasons, our Aquaguard has stopped working for over a month and we are forced to buy mineral water for drinking while we are using unfiltered water for cooking.
Please send the company’s service staff to service our Aquaguard. Company should pay us Rs.4,500.00 spent on Miniral water since November 30, 2013
