I am holding Annual Maintenance Contract with Eureka Forbes. When My Water Purifier brokedown I called them up on helpline No. 02239883333 to register my complaint on 9th June 2013. They gave me turn around time of 48 hours to fix an issue. Still on 18th June 2013 they have not turned up at my place. I followed up with them for 4- 5 times.
The Water Purifier is not working properly, I have a kid and elderly parents who are suffering from diseases like Asthama and blood pressure are facing lot of issue without cleaned water.
I want them to monitor my AMT and help me knowing how many time they have visited my place to replace filter or do servicing of it. If they are at fault I want them to take back my Water purifier and also refund me my dues against it.
