I had ordered Aquaguard Reviva RO by paying Rs.12490 In full through online mode in www.eurekaforbes.com on 10.05.2015. My customer id. alloted by them is 8000600442. They promised product deliver the product within max 7 days but till date I have not received the product. Amazingly if I call their customer care they cant say anything about the shipping status or when exactly the product will be delivered. I even mailed them 2 times still they dont bother to respond. Now I dont know what to do. Please help.

I want an immediate concrete response and apology from eureka forbes and the product as early as possible. Please ask them to do so.
